..We are looking for films by you. Made a short film? A feature or pop video? Get it seen and maybe get an award for your effort. The festival is open to all genres, so there’s no excuse not to submit. Award winners will be expected to make a witty speech, so be warned…

The deepfried film festival will run from 8th of July till the 12th of July 2006. Screenings will take place at Airdrie Town Hall

This is a re-posting to remind visitors that they can submit events in the town….

I have added a new Forum to the Message Board (link on sidebar) which will allow visitors to check / add events which are taking place in the town. I will still retain the “Events” category for now but would request visitors to use the Message Board to add details from now on. This should make it easier to dynamically list events coming up and make sure they are visible immediately to visitors.
